This particular course
specialises both in traditional and modern styles of yoga and includes
multi-styles of yoga. The 200 hour course begins on the 15th of
every month and will end on the 12th of the following month. During
this course the participant will become educated in the traditional Indian
style yoga known as Hatha yoga and Sivanda yoga; which is a static type of yoga
meaning that the yoga poses need to be held for some time. The course will also
incorporate dynamic forms of yoga such as Ashtanga, Ashtanga Vinyasa, Flow Yoga
and Power Yoga which are yoga poses which are repeated and held for a shorter
